At Atlas Stationers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Request a Return Authorization

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in a sturdy box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return via a trackable shipping carrier; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
